You can plop down on one of our mats or slide into the HOCATT pod (which is kind of like a sci-fi looking wellness cocoon) for a session. It’s all about working with your cells at their core. You can safely use PEMF several times a week. Ideally, we’d recommend three to five times a week to keep your cells happy and your body humming along at its most vibrant. But life is busy, right? If your schedule or budget can’t swing that, don’t stress. Even two to four sessions a month can help, especially when you’re feeling run-down, overwhelmed, or just a bit “meh.” It’s also a great maintenance tool to keep you grounded and feeling good.
