Feeling a bit nervous or worried about fitting in? What classes to take? Any injuries or limitations? No sweat! This membership includes a free 30-minute one-on-one session with our awesome Yogi Amy. She will go over the studio, classes and answer any questions you have so your first class here is filled with relaxation instead of jitters. Plus, you’ll get a whole month of unlimited yoga classes to explore at your own pace.

Here is a good place to start if you are familiar with yoga and class styles and are looking to check us out. This is an intro offer only! 2 weeks of all the yoga you can handle! It's not uncommon to see some of our student here for 2-3 classes a day!

As long as you have clothes on, it really is up to you. There are types of clothing that are designed to be more comfortable as you sweat, move and relax like a sweat-wicking material. As we sweat, we detox. Having a material that pulls that away from your skin can keep the toxins off your skin (your biggest organ) and keep you more comfortable. You will see students in anything from sports bras to sweat pants. Find what makes you comfotable.
We have a TGY Ritual that you can do as you enter our studio. Or just come on it, take your shoes off, check in at the desk, grab a mat or bring your own. It's a good habit to make sure there isn't a class in the studio finishing up before you enter the studio. Once you get into the studio PLEASE remember there is no talking and cell phones/watches allowed in the studio. Each instructor has to face a different direction so check in to see what direction you will be facing.
Yourself is all you need. It might help your experience to bring water and a sweat towel. We do not provide them. Mats are available for a donation to our TGY Foundation and props, if needed, are available at the studio. There will be a list of needed props for the class outside the HOT studio door. Look for strips of silver.
