You have asked us so many times to do a retreat, so we are thinking big and starting small with G.R.I.T.- our first IN-HOUSE retreat.
A two-day retreat led in or near Twisted Grit Yoga. We will explore many different types of self-care, fun and creative play, deeper work in your practice, or renew your practice. You can sign up with friends or come and make some new ones. Everything is optional, but the price includes the entire weekend and some meals.

This weekend will be more than just a retreat; it’s a celebration of resilience, community, and self-discovery. You can stay for all of it or pop in and out as you feel comfortable.

😍Day 1: FRIDAY- Gratitude. 5-9 pm We’ll kick off Friday night with our unique welcoming ritual, born from our team's extensive training and experiences, which will set the stage for an unforgettable journey. There will be live music, a grounding practice, a tea, and an aromatherapy session. Be safe driving home!

Dive into playful activities that explore resilience through art, yoga, meditation, and play! Day 2 will have a lot of options for connection, self-reflection, practice, and Grit. Plan on things like Kundalini, working with essential oils, connecting, reflecting, and laughing. Ou

The cost includes all events that the retreat features. You can come and go as you please, but it is highly recommended that you step outside your comfort zone and try it all!
We will explore how to unlock your true potential and foster a supportive community using the tools we already have. This is beneficial for everyone! You can also add on services for an additional cost. This is not just a retreat; it’s the experience your mind and soul have been waiting for! 🌟 It's a safe space to try new things, to dig deeper or to just hang with a crew of good peeps!
Ummmmm, yeah! We will have light snacks on Friday evening, a lunch together at TGY on Saturday, and dinner is included on Saturday evening. There will also be mocktails on Saturday evening, along with refreshments and snacks all weekend. You are welcome to bring anything along that you would like to have. If you want to bring something for our Saturday night dinner to pass, you are welcome to! There is no refrigeration at TGY. All diet restrictions will be honored.
No, you never have to do yoga. You can do whatever you want! Yoga will make up a portion of the retreat, but there are plenty of other events to participate in.
You can get a full refund up to 72 hours before the retreat. After that, you will not receive any money back.
