Here’s a new twist on yoga! This class is for everyone. We’ll focus on creative strength training, cardiovascular health, and endurance, along with the yoga principles of breath, mindfulness, and balance, the stuff we ALL need! GRIT UP AND GLOW takes advantage of upbeat music, a warm studio, and weights (choose what works for you, WEIGHTS OPTIONAL) to help you work up a sweat and find your strength. Don't want to work out? Do you just want to feel better? Calmer? Join us for a class incorporating sound to help you destress and relax. The class is open to all levels of students. We provide yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets if needed for a $1 donation to Twisted Grit Yoga Foundation. Sound baths use various instruments to create different vibrations and energies in the room. Essential oils and sprays may be added to help deepen relaxation and healing.
