Everyone!  Especially those seeking to improve sports performance, increase daily energy, fat/cellulite reduction, and/or anti-aging results, if you have an auto-immune disease, are suffering from parasite or chronic skin issue, chronic and acute pain relief, you have tired everything and nothing has worked, this is your sign!  Pregnant women, individuals with cardiovascular and respiratory conditions, those with skin sensitivities, heat sensitivities, bleeding disorders, medical implants, and children/elderly individuals should avoid or use caution with the HOCATT™ system.

Everyone will feel different.  Most people hop out energized and feeling great.  When you are detoxing, your body can experience things like fatigue, rashes, headaches, and general overall feeling of yuck.  Water and rest are very important after a session. It is very important to let the TGY staff know about any results that are alarming or cause major discomfort. However, it is common to experience side effects due to the detox process. It is so important to arrive without any perfumes, makeup or chemicals on your skin.  Hydrating before and after is crucial.

In most cases the HOCATT™ is very complementary to conventional medications, often enhancing their efficacy. HOCATT™ also promotes the absorption and bio-availability of nutrients when taking vitamin/mineral supplements. In other words, it makes your vitamins more effective and makes your body able to absorb and use them better.  It is always important to get your doctors approval before starting the HOCATT™

Prices will vary and packages are available.  It is important to do at least 3 sessions close together.  The first appointment will help to establish a baseline and will establish how your body accepts the treatment.  If you do well with few side effects, we recommend getting in within and week and doing two appointments within a few days of one another.  Your first appointment will be around $120 and last about an hour.  There are packages that include 3 sessions.

Your first session is only to establish your baseline.  This is not a one-size-fits-all protocol.  We add technology slowly.  If you need intense detox, pain relief, or are treating a chronic condition, you may need 3-4 times/week to start.  Maintenance can be done once a month after the desired results. We will be able to determine your plan as we see how you respond to technologies. Since this works on a cellular level, it is important to keep consistent in the beginning.

You will change into a wrap towel that secures in 4 places.  Sandals and robes are provided upon request.  We will go through all your options thoroughly in your first appointment to ensure you feel comfortable.  The towel is removed by the user after the HOCATT™  doors are securely closed and kept in the chamber until the session is finished.

The TGY staff has been trained and certified to use the technology.  We go through rigorous standards of procedure to ensure safety and an amazing experience.  ***We always recommend discussing any new health plan venture with your doctor.  Even a new yoga practice is worthy of a conversation.  While you do not need a doctor's approval, it is VERY IMPORTANT that you discuss this technology with your doctor BEFORE using the HOCATT.  There are some restrictions and you must be able to go through an MRI machine to use the PEFM.
